Gay For Pay
An All Cocks Story
by TM Smith

Genres: Gay (M/M), Contemporary, Erotica, Multiple Partners

Christopher Allan Roberts thought he had a promising future; Captain of the football team with the promise of a scholarship to play for Alabama. His high school sweetheart and best friend for as long as he could remember, Amanda, by his side, and the love and support of his family. One night, one mistake changed everything. Chris moves to New York, adrift and alone. A walk one night brings him to the flashing lights, loud music and thrumming bodies at club Berlin. A flyer in the men’s room promises fame and fortune for anyone willing to go on camera and have sex, with another man. Money is money, and how hard could it be, right?

Christopher Allan Roberts becomes Kris Alen, All Cocks newest addition, a gay for pay porn star.

Lincoln Carter is honest with everyone in his life, including his family, about who he is and about his sexual preferences. Linc Larson, the openly bi-sexual gay porn star will do anything with anyone, which pretty much writes his ticket in a versatility charged industry. It’s not his sexuality that interferes with his personal life; it’s his inability to trust.

What Linc wants right now, more than anything, is the chance to do a scene with All Cocks newest acquisition, Kris Alen. Six foot two with Auburn hair, an exquisitely toned and inked up body, Kris Alen is sex personified. Linc doesn’t know if it’s the “I want the shiny new toy” aspect that calls to him, or the distant and wounded expression that haunts Kris’s eyes.

Linc figures out early on that Kris is only working the gay for pay angle that All Cocks brings to his bank account. Can a bi-sexual man with trust issues break down the barriers that Kris has built around himself and help Christopher overcome the painful past he is running from.

Gay for Pay is a gay for you story about two men that will have to come to terms with the mistakes they made in their past, if they want to stick around and have a chance at a future.
Thank you for having me over to your blog today Carly, and good morning everyone. Today I’m going to talk about visual inspiration and what my main characters look like. Let me start by saying, this book was inspired by a conversation I had at GRL 2014 in Chicago with a couple great guys. Randy Blue stars Jordan Levine and Caleb Strong are my Chris and Linc, so they were the guys I saw for the most part while I was writing the story. I did tweek Christopher’s appearance a little, so he’s sort of a mixture of Jordan Levine and actor Richard Madden (Rob Stark GOT). Chris has Jordan’s body and ink, but the look and feel of Richard with his wavy Auburn hair and smile. Lincoln is all Caleb though, right down to that amazing body and cute little shy smile.

For my threesome I knew I wanted their appearance to fit their role and their characteristics. Victor has this sex on a stick Romanian accent and a hypnotic personality, for him I chose Luke Evans. Andrew is driven and focused but down to earth with a motherly side, for him I chose Matt Bomer. And Mattie, god how I love Mattie, this character really took on a life of his own while I was writing. For him I chose a young Charlie Hunnum. Think the British version of Queer as Folk, NOT Sons of Anarchy.

Most of the time I will choose a visual point of reference for a character before I start writing, but with Officer Jon and Kory it was different. I didn’t find their images until after I’d finished the first draft. I think the fit well though, so we’ll see as the books progress.

To see what I saw while writing please visit my Gay for Pay album on Pinterest which includes images of how I see the house on Mamaroneck Island, the bedroom where the magic happens, Chris’s raven tattoo and of course, the men of All Cocks.

My Rating 4 of 5 Stars
GFP is a tough book to review because there were several things I LOVED about it, and a few that I really struggled with.  The beginning of Christopher’s story is heartbreaking in so many ways. His life, choices, family and friends all come together to create a perfect storm of emotions that rocked me to the core.
Linc is incredibly real. His emotions are simply out there for everyone to see. Although he tries to hide the pain broken trust and past relationships have caused,  Linc is still willing to put himself out there, open himself up and risk losing his heart to a man that might be too broken to love him back.
One of the things that felt out of place was Chris’s reaction to his initial attraction for Linc. Chris is not new to the gay community. He lives with his best friend Michael and his boyfriend Max, parties with them at gay bars and befriends Colby, who is also gay. This makes the initial ‘What is going on here?’ reaction hard to accept.
TM, as always, does a fantastic job building the secondary characters. Colby absolutely steals the show. He’s a little guy with a huge personality that I adored. I want him to be my friend too! Michael and Max are Chris’s safe place and I love both of them for that, but especially Michael, who stood by Chris through the rough times. They complete each other. I don’t have the space to gush on about each character as much as I’d like to, but I will say that there is a certain dark and brooding character that I hope is featured soon!
Victor and his partners, the owners of All Cock's productions, are amazing. Their story needs to be told. I’m sure that’s as vibrant and complex as the men are. When the doors open to All Cocks studio my first thought was ‘Say what again?’. Since All Cocks is the center that this series revolves around, the lack of back-story made me feel as if I had been dropped into book 2 of a series, and was missing an integral piece of a puzzle.
Despite my confused reaction to certain parts of the story, I loved, loved, LOVED the emotional connection I felt with the characters and am looking forward to reading more. TM writing does more than tell a story, she brings the whole world to life!
